I answered your question in the PM you sent me but since you also asked it publicly I will copy my answer here in case someone else is interested or has a different approach.

You can export the phones to ASA then put them in a spreadsheet. Make the changes there and then import them back to the PBX.

Some features don't work well this way and I don't remember if abbreviated dialing is one of those you will have a problem with. I suggest creating five or six stations to experiment with. Then export those stations and the features you want to manipulate on them. Get the procedure down then do the real phones.
