UPDATE:

Hey thanks for all of the chat regarding Avaya. I am so glad that we did this and that I have read so much about a system that I will never use. Management just told me that they were mistaken and the new guy is not an Avaya tech. The new guy worked with Teltronics 20-20 PBXs. Has anyone had dealings with these devices???? Anyone have any documentation or advise how to cross reference this with Nortel???? Geesh!!!
