| Call Presentation For the life of me I can not remember or find it anywhere in my notes. Where is the setting that will stop ACD calls from being presented to an agent if they are on a DN call? I did not think any of our call centers were set up like this but they swear that this happens. They are not putting their DN call on hold and pressing the In Calls key to make this happen. The call is being presented to them as if they were not even on the phone. Thanks In Advance, J |
