| Sorry for the late response. For the ground issue, the server should have a chassis (sp?) ground, which should be connected to the same ground refference as the PBX. No part number in front of me but if you are under warranty take the 96 port card -- which goes into the CP server -- and be happy. If it is on your dime I'd insist on a rationale as to why a like for like replacement is unavailable. Obviously with more capacity you will need licences and TN's/ISM's to utilize. Sounds like they want to replace the existing DSP resources in one go round. System will be down for any where between an hour -- perfect world -- and a day - nightmare situation.
