I hate to ask a basic question, but I seem to be overlooking something. I dont' load software or register pbxs hardly ever. And I am trying to load just the options portion of a software cd from nec that has the option for 64 ports. I am adding a 5th pim to the switch. Everytime I try to connect, it does do anything and It will not connect. Do I need to turn the sense wheel to something? do I need to turn off anthing in the system to do this? Is there a procedure for just adding options to a switch?
