| What is your current channel configuration is Callpilot? You will need Access channels set up in callpilot to integrate with Symposium. If you don't have them already then you'll have quite a bit of work to get this accomplished. You'll need to run the config wizard to change the channels over to access and callpilot will need to be rebooted. On the Symposium side you will need to setup vloice services in the set and configuration and then reboot symposium. Everything you need to do this is documented in the M1 configuration guide in Symposium documentation. |
