| User complains of barge in?
Ok, I am working on an issue where a users is complaining he is hearing a 2nd call on the line when he is taking a call. He says he can hear them but they can't hear him and it only happens when he is in queue and is on a inbound call.
Any suggestions where to look for this, tried moving ports in the pbx, out and rebuilding in symposium... |
