| YA Soft Phone and Voicemail
I'm running a trial of a number of soft phones and am having issues with voicemail.
I figured out that to access voicemail I have to dial 5555 (our voicemail port number) followed by a comma (for a delay) and then the voicemail pin code.
This dials the voicemail and enters the pin which is great. Then however you have to set up the voice mailbox, which requires further key presses which you can't do on the soft phone. Also, even if you set this up from a desk phone then when you need to access your voicemail you still need to press buttons for different options, how do you do this? |
