The data structures changed at 4.03b and again at 4.1.2 Then in 5.1 the entire database changed due to their switch from SQL to Informix. So by SMDR, do you mean something different than the CDR records? Those are accessible from the ART/CAR tool in 4.0 Those records are in their own database. There are also a ton of 3rd party apps for the old CallManager that you have. Having 3rd party development for this kind of thing has been Cisco 's strategy from the begining.
