But in CCMA 6.0 there is an intrinsic built into the scripting. the script syntax is EXPECTED WAIT TIME [<skillset>] [skillset_list>] It should be fairly easy to look up if you are using the web client. send me a PM with your e-mail address and I'll send you the PDF on scripting.
