| 25v sounds about right to me for this system as the backup battery is 2 x 12v batteries.
The RJ45 connectors for the extensions should be wired as
Low
Ring
Tip
High
across the middle 4 pins in that order
An SLT should be wired to Tip & Ring
A PT should be wired to Tip, Ring, High & Low
A DSS console should be wired to High & Low
