| I will say this again take a linemans test set and connect to the analog
pair on the frame do you get single line ext dialtone I am not asking if it works
on the xdp jack of the phone if it does not work at the frame you have either programing to do or the card is toast or wiring problem and then you should install a known good hybrid card!!If it still doesn't work you wired your frame wrong
