| As OBT said, dissconnect the line cord from th edigital set and plug in a SLT, if all wiring is correct you should be able to pull dial tone, if not check with a test but back at the champ tail end, the DHLC card is an 8 circuit card wired with a 25 pair champ tail in 3 pair modularity, 1st pair being the analogue SLT component and the second pair being the digital circuit(Pair 3 reserved-spare) if you can pull tone back at the system , it would point to a possible cabling issue. if you can pull tone and the port is not XDP'd it should ID as the same extension number at the digital set, if it is XDP'd it will have its own extension number. another possibility is that the flexible numbering system for the extensions have been altered and the extension number of the extension has been deleted, hope that helps.
