| The only other thing I can think of is if the xdp is on make sure in connections the slt port is (ins) and not (ous).
Did you try to plug out the digital set and plug in the analogue set. the analogue extension does not have to go through the phone to work, so you need to fault find the slt port from the system to the extension socket on the centre two wires.
No dial tone means either extension port is OUS ( out of service) or the wires to the phone is broken. forget about the digital port yes we know that is working but that is separate from the analogue port.
And I don't understand the "Puhleaze" in your post, you came here for help and thats what we are trying to do. I know you said know about the 4 wires but it is still not working, we are trying to help and some times we need to repeat the obvious |
