| No SMDR data for 1 extension
I currently have 1 phone extension that is not reporting any SMDR data. If I look up the extension using 1305, it comes back 0. I had kind of the same problem with a bunch of extensions before where using MatWorx showed SMDR data provided, but 1305 showed up as 1. If I changed it in Matworx, saved it and then changed it back, it worked. This one has been less happy. Any other ideas? |
