guys, I have an old ICS that is using a verbatim voicemail. What is happening is that roughly 25% of the time when you are calling voicemail or you are a customer going to someone's voicemail, you don't make it. What happens is the packet is not making it. VM shows "waiting on ID". Now we have changed the analog card the vm ports are on and the IO card twice. I have used the MCI tool to watch the packet information coming from the switch when I dial the pilot and I'm telling you it is always there. However, a tech familiar with the vm used a similiar type of tool on the vm and said it was functioning properly. I never had the pleasure of growing up on an ICS, so I don't know its ins and outs.
