this is the scenario:
system is hipath 4000 v3.0_7_7 with hotfix 25
stno a has activated the second call
stno a call stno b
stno c call stno d and trasfer the call to the stno a that is in comunication with b
the display status of stno a change and show that stno c is calling
than stno c use the service menu' and trasfer the call to a
the display of the stno a shows the incoming call from c but i need to view the stno d on the display of stno a because c has released the call
can you help me?? |
