| Is the Merlin used for only one company? It sounds more like a call acct. code for billing as opposed to calling LD. But I under stand that the system is not allowing the calls. What happens when you put your Bud set on the lines and make a call? are you prompted for a code. If that is the case, you may have to call the local provider to run some tests.
