Hi,
I need to dial 9 on lines 2 & 1 but not on 3.
Most calls go out on 3 but when 3 is busy the pbx grabs the next available line 2 and then 1. But Users will get confused by having to dial 9 on only 2 lines so I need to do it for them!
Does that make sense?
