Hey,

The prefix for bt line is because they are the newer feature lines. We use call divert instead of a hunt group because the bt guy told is we couldnt have a hunt group if one of the lines had adsl enabled on it. I don't believe that but it's hard getting the correct information from them.

Anyway, either way because we still have to have a feature line for call divert/hunt group it requires us to dial 9 to get out.

The vonage system never did require is to dial 9, maybe it's done at vonage end but all we have is a small linksys router with two rj11 ports which gives us two lines to vonage.

So are you telling me there is no way to do this?
