Hello everyone,
I recently upgraded a NAM 2 Vers.3 from 2 to 8 channels.(with MICS vers. 2 Telephone system) Worked A1 OK.I also managed the SEKUR/Capabilities File on a floppy, with no problem. When I tried to do the regular VM File backup through F983/22, I failed several times. I checked the floppy disc, ( formatted,blank, not write protected, used several one ), rebooted the voicemail, and the end-result was always BACKUP ABORTED.I tried this procedure after hours in low traffic time, so
it is higly unlikely that incoming calls caused the abortion.Is the backup procedure different after the chanel upgrade, or I'm missing some information ??? I would greatly appretiate someone's input on this matter.
