| There is no physical limit to how many DS1 cards you can insert but there is a limit to how many simultaneous conversations that one port network will support.
You can have 256 calls up at one time in a port network before you start running into call blocking. A G3si can have three port networks, you do not say how many you have now. If you only have one port network and 11 DS1 cards you are probably having issues now.
If you have more than one port network make sure that each port network has an equal number of the DS1 cards, do not put them all in one port network. If you have three port networks with each one having 1/3 of the DS1 cards, you won't have any problems. __________________
