| Actually for security reasons, I have system archiving turned on - all messages "system wide" are send to an exchange email address. I store about 30 days worth and then delete anything older. 1. you need a large storage capacity on the mailbox. 2. you need to evaluate the legalities of archiving everyones voicemail. 3. you need to control access to the archive mailbox. 4. you need to use exchange inbox rules to delete broadcast messages. 5. you still should backup Callpilot regularly. Archives have saved various butts (including mine) around here on many occasions. Hope this helps Wherewolf |
