| Alarm 10 pointing to BBRAM problem where all SPD data is stored...if CPU has been changed 3 times allready (changed whole CPU with BBRAM module not only CPU board and keep BBRAM module from old CPU!) it's more like firmware issue...try to upgrade firmware on all cards, including CPU (latest for CPU firmware is R1J and R15 R7A)
Other alarms pointing to license usage...please check license for R15...if you changed CPU and keep original flash disk, you have to repair license on Ericsson web site.
Also, be sure that CIL PC is connected and collecting CIL data...BP can restart if CIL data overflow to protected area (buffer reach his limit of 500 lines)...
