On my system we have *21 and #21 to Activate and deactivate fixed forwarding.
Assuming the user does have the correct COS to fwd to external the other option they have is to use variable call forward which they can do from the phone menu (You can also activate or deactivate fixed forwarding through the phone menu) which is usually a lot easier to explain to users. |
