| UNEQ Issue on OPT 11 System I hired a vendor to do some work at a remote location on our OPT 11 Nortel system (call Pilot) - the office made an addition and the vendor left me a voicemail stating that he punched down a phone to TN 15 4 and that I need to assign a DN to it. When I stat that port it shows UNEQ. Which if I remember right, tells me there is nothing plugged in correct? I have verified that she plugged a phone in. I'm looking at try to get his phone up and running but am stuck - any idea's or suggestions? |
