EXTERNAL-LINE-ISDN-USR uses SL60 it should need minor changes in ROCAI and RODAI parameters but i´m sure it will work against asterisk as long as asterisk side is configured correctly. Unfortunately i am not allowed to access our Asterisk box (Stupid company polices
) but i´m sure the configuration is easy as it didn´t take us long to make it work and the people working with * are not experienced in voice applications. Here is a sample config we use against a box wich runs an application similar to Asterisk, that box is configured simulating Public Trunk lines as opposed to the config i showed you later wich used QSIG Tie Lines:
