| Do you mean transfering of incoming calls ?
If you can't transfer calls, check your programming settings, make sure each extension features of transfer calls are ticked. And also allow joining of incoming & internal calls and vice versa.
Tick those and you should be on the go. If you still need help, i'll show you the screenies. |
