| As always, try to upgrade BMS (current 3.3.4.12). Also,try to export configuration of short numbers, delete current series and import configuration.
Befor all this, can you access short numbers via phone programming (cmd 2501)? If you can't, it's memory corruption on BP's CPU...only way in that case is to delete whole number serie and start again...
