PD

OK, doing a favor for a friend. He has already de-installed the system himself and is asking me to re-install it at another location. I am a Nortel guy and have never seen one of these. I pretty much have it figured out except cross-connecting the lines. He was smart enough to leave the cable coming from the KSU connected to the 66 block (still labeled by the previous installer) and bring the whole block with him but, for some reason when I connect the lines, I get nothing on the phones.. Also, cant seem to find an installation manual anywhere on the internet. I can find Nortel and Avaya manuals all day long. And, I know, I should probably call someone who knows this system but..like I said, its a favor for a friend.
