| I have a 2400IPX but use a product called ToneCommander. It monitors the PRI circuit and notifies a series of work stations via a pop-up message. While I believe it only works on Windows machines, it has been very helpful for us, in a University environment. The pop-up message is sent when there is a disruption on the PRI (alarm) or a call notification - giving time of call, location of call, based on data entered into the system. It doesn't do call cost accounting, and so it might a solution for your needs. |
