ISDN On-ramp2 usually is T interface (unless you ordered S interface) therefore no changes is necessary on BTU-B or MFU card. Check in your order, have you ordered point-to-point ISDN interface (Telstra default is point-to-multipoint). With this second Telstra settings you will have a lot of problems.
To make this to work on incomming calls, set commands 1925-1929 on new links to 8 (strip all 8 digits). Then, on each individual trunks on command 1802 insert any spare 2 digit number and enter same number on command 1802 to make this common number for this line. Set your answering position with commands 1101,1103 (day) and 1102,1104 (night).
