| New user...looking for SBC (session border controller) gurus
Hi I'm Scott. I've been playing VOIP for my job for about a year. We are a large overall IT outsourcer. We are basically becoming a carrier (via SIP trunks) to our customers. My job is to develop the configurations for our Session Border Controllers (SBC) that act as the "firewalls" between us and our customers.
My only resource that has any experience here is the sales engineer from the SBC vendor. Looking for other people with like roles.
In my SBC learning I'm having to integrate various PBXs and therefore learn a little as I go. PBXs I've played with so far are CCM, MCS, and Mitel.
I'd love to find someone who works with Acme Packet SBCs.
