| I called tech support again regarding item #1, and this is what he told me: 1) Get into Voicemail as admin 2) Select 5, then 9, and then 1 for supervised transfer. 3) Set the timer to 30 seconds 4) Select 9 and then 2 5) Hang up This seems to work and when it calls you, you are placed in your mail box and not just hung up on after one ring. Still working on item #2. The suggestion that was given was to try turning CPN off in the Mitel. |
