| If you have it set to voicemail then it won't ring or am I missing something? One common mistake is forwarding the phone to somewhere then later that somewhere gets deleted and the phone is trying to forward to a number that doesn't exist. Clear all forwards and other features such as dnd then try it again. Is the number in the correct number range? The fact that you can't dial it on it's own site means we don't need to touch LCR for now. |
