| Could it be as simple as the set being in Do Not Disturb mode and needs to be cancelled? You can specify a cancel code in CM20 where access code for DND cancel = A023. On a key CM9000 DE Prime line,Key# DE = F022 for dnd set/reset. Just a quick thought. |
