| I have a feeling you need to upgrade the ELU32 Board to th latest revission. the reason being is that the DBC42501/01001 is a version 1 IP Handset and DBC42502/01001 is a ver 2 IP handset.
you can tell the difference by the 01 and the 02 after the 425....
