| if you reboot the phone and hold the up arrow key down for 5 seconds you should get into phone setup where it will ask you is you want to enable/disable static settings.
I would try the 5212's in static mode. give them an address outside of the DHCP range and point the options for system and TFTP server at the 3100 IP Address and see what you get. |
