Just hyperterm into the Administrator which you'll need to know the password for, then select option 9 for editing the extension and then 1 to put the extension # in and type the 4 digit extension and hit return and it will show you all the detail for that extension which is where you click return until you reach the password field and type in the new password and hit return until your back out to the beginning and close the hyperterm window. |
