| The option to modify auto attendants and voicemails is "hidden". After you log in as the Admin, press "9" and see what happens.
AT&T/Lucent/Avaya voicemails are menu driven so making changes is pretty much as simple as following the prompts.
Make sure, after the greeting has been changed, to save everything by following "Audry Audix's" prompts and pressing "*#" or whatever she calls for. She will let you know when changes have been saved.
