help with partner 5

Hi,
I need help with a partner 5 system. We had the system installed in another location, and we just moved it to a different state. We need to change the greeting, and I have no idea how to get in there. I can get into the System Manager (99#) but it only asks me to change the greeting language. I need to re-record the greeting entirely. Also, is there any other advice of what I should do to ensure that it will work in this new location? How do I get to the Automated Attendant? How do I get to the System Administer?

Please use regular people language, I am not the most tech savvy.
