The situation is this - I have come into a new IT role, but have been asked to look at the telephony side of things. I've had a poke around in OmniVista and am reasonably au-fait with it.
However I need help in resetting a voicemail password/PIN.
I've tried blanking the PIN field and tried 0000 in it too all with no joy.
Can anyone enlighten me on what I should be doing ?
