| To find out if your switch supports that card type "change circuit x" (x being the cabinet number you want to make the change in). Move down to a vacant slot and right click your mouse. You will get a list of all the cards that your switch will support. Scroll down that list and see if the TN2214 is on it.
If the card is listed there, then the PBX supports it. If it is listed and your PBX does not see the card, I would suspect a defective board. __________________
