I am not familiar with TM3, but the basics for using DNIS (DID) goes like so:
- Either configure as a CDN (which is then acquired in Symposium and executes a script): meaning you create a NEW CDN in LD 23, and give it a CDN number from your DID range,
- Or add the DNIS to the IDC table via LD 49 on the PBX, and "convert" to an existing CDN, for example:
IDGT 1234
1234 5678 (where as 1234 = your DNIS or DID, and 5678 = CDN). This is useful if you have more numbers in your telco range than the maximum allowed CDN's / ACD-DN's on the PBX. Apparently over in the US you have a default of 240 (recent post about this else where in this forum).
To report on DNIS, you must add it to the DNIS configuration in Symposium - judging from your post they already exist, hence your question

.
To print or change your IDC table (where your DNIS's are listed):
LD 49
REQ PRT (or CHG)
TYPE IDC
CUST 0 (or 1, depending on what you have)
DCNO 0 (or when printing, leave blank to see all entries, to change specify which DCNO you want to change)
When making changes, your IDGT is always the (DID) number, the CDGT is the CDN (or other DNB) you want to route the call to.
The rest takes place in Symposium, assuming your CDN is acquired and you have a working script to execute.
How you can change or view all this with TM3, I don't know, perhaps some one else can help out on that one?
