Country:
I've used EHTA and hotlines in the past. View the attached bmp...

Opps. I see that bmp extensions aren't allowed, plus I've reached my Upload quota....

To set it up:

[Originators Set]
1. Create a set as an originator set. Or use and existing DN on an existing set. Ensure that the DN is not a Mixed DN.
2. Add EHTA to the CLS.
2a. In my case I'm using ext: 7699 as my Originator DN....

[Destination Sets]
1. Add EHTA to the CLS for all sets that will receive the page...
2. On an available key, program HOT D 4 7699 5880 V
2a. 5880 was an Unused DN in my switch.

To Use:
1. From DN 7699, dial 5880.
2. All sets that have "HOT D 4 7699 5880 V" programmed will ring once
and the conversation will be heard via the speaker.

Notes:
pitfalls - (1) If the destination set is in use - the incoming 5880 will just ring....The person will need to physically answer.
(2) you have to use/waste a key for the hotline...
