| I have been using OTM for about 3 years now. I have been through various upgrades that have brought us to 2.0. One thing to remember is that OTM is primarily a management tool and not a miracle admin GUI that will alleviate the need for CLI use. In order to use OTM you need to be proficient with the CLI. I manage a little under 2000 extensions with OTM. The database that I have built over the past 3 years is invaluable to me as I am now deploying E-911 ANI to the PSAP. As far as Avotus goes, I have used them in the past and have found them to be not worth their weight in styrofoam. |
