I have not run into your VM issue, never tried, never looked for it on the 11c and above I'm afraid.

As to the paging, as far as I recall, 11c and above does not support paging through the set...Paging as a whole (i've come to discover over the years) is becoming rather antiquated in businesses, especially in locations over 50 personel. (Assuming that most large companies feel it's a distruption to others, and I'd have to agree with them). Paging it's self IS supported, but it does require external devices (meaing, NOT the phones) to do this.
Sorry...but unless someone else knows of a "hack" to that, external or no paging is the way you'll need to proceed with the 11.
