| Sounds like you are running some very old firmware on at least some of these endpoints.... the 1.01s firmware was the first version shipped with the phones. You may have a few different issues happening.
As a first step i would get all the endpoints upgraded to the latest firmware, which for the 8622's is going to be 2.2.02. There are several things that could be related that are fixed in the updated firmware. You may have other system/networking issues, as a first step the firmware upgrade would be good though. |
