| Call Forwarding
Hi there, network guy for over 20 years but never had to support the phone system before so bear with me!!
How in the heck do you unforward an IP Phone? The phone guy installed an IP phone at a new desk and had forwarded all calls to the employees old desk until she moved. Well she moved and now needs to get her calls at the new desk. Any Help would be greatly appreciated!! It's a NEC Dterm IP phone sitting on her desk. The phone system itself is a NEC 2000 IVS. I tried reading the manual but it's greek to me!! I looked around in the Matworx but couldn't find it anywhere - does this have to be done from the phone itself? Thanks in advance!! |
