Hello! I have 2 2616's that I am having problems with. The both have only 1 extension. If they are not on the phone, and don't answer, it rolls to voicemail. If they are on the phone, when you call their number it rings busy and not to voicemail. I may be overlooking the obvious, but the lhk is set to 00, FDN and hunt are both set to voicemail.

Any suggestions?
